“During the thirty years I have known Dave Martin, I have successfully coached NFL and collegiate football teams, while Dave has been a successful CEO and has coached many other CEOs. Both require smart thinking and excellent decision-making. I tease Dave that as a football coach I have to make decisions in a second, and as CEO he has weeks or an entire season! Even so, leadership decisions must be well thought out. Every coach and leader should read Mega Thinking to apply its simple, powerful approach to better thinking.”
